Tom joined the Crime Commission in 2003 as Staff Attorney. Prior to his employment with the Commission, he worked for ten years as a purchasing agent for Bechtel Savannah River Co. He is a 1989 graduate of the Citadel and a graduate of the Regent University School of Law. He was promoted to Senior Staff Attorney in May of 2007.
