Christina has worked for the Crime Commission part-time since 2003 as a Policy Analyst and was later promoted to Senior Methodologist in 2007. She graduated with a B.S. from Lake Erie College in 2002. She received a M.S. in Criminal Justice in 2004 and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2009 where she is also a full-time faculty member.
